Why aren’t some of my Transactions included in Reports or Performance Charts?
1. The most likely reason is that the Transactions aren’t marked as ‘Paid’. Only ‘Paid’ Transactions are reflected in Reports, key stats and performance charts.
To view all Unpaid Transactions, click the grey triangle next to the column header ‘Paid’ to sort Transactions by Paid/Unpaid on your Payments page.
All Unpaid Transactions would then appear at the top of your list.
You can change the appropriate Rent entries to ‘Paid’ by editing them. You should then see the change in your Reports, key stats and performance charts.
2. It could also be a cache issue. You can clear your cache by doing a hard reload.
