Pendo has partnered with Apollo Insurance & Square One Insurance Services to offer insurance for Landlord and Tenants.
At this time Insurance is only available in all Canadian provinces except for Quebec
- Visit Properties and click on the Get Started button under the Insurance card.

3. For Tenant Insurance, Pendo will send a reminder to tenants to get a quote on contents insurance if they do not already have a policy.
4. Click the Send Reminder button for the tenants you wish to notify or scroll to the bottom of your tenant list and you will see a button to send reminders to everyone.
The tenant(s) will receive an email within seconds from Pendo instructing them on next steps. To view a sample email, there is a preview button on this page.
