If you archived a ticket in error or the issue was not actually resolved, you can unarchive the ticket so it appears as pending.
To do this, please visit the Properties | Issues page:
Change the filter to Yes for Archived and all of the archived tickets will be displayed:
Click on edit to access the ticket.
Change the status from Resolved to Pending then click on Un-Archive to restore the ticket.
The ticket will now appear in your pending tickets and you can proceed with resolution.
