PendoPay is only available for Canadian tenants
A transaction fee of $2.50 – $3.00 (Landord vs Property Management Company managing units on behalf of owners) is associated with every PendoPay payment, payable by either you or the tenant. You can indicate that when setting up your tenant in PendoPay.
- If you choose the “Fees Paid By Landlord” option, you will see the full deposit paid by your tenant, and a separate expense transaction of the monthly PendoPay fees on your bank statement. A statement will be sent to you via email on the 5th of each month for the previous month of PendoPay fees.
- If you choose the “Fees Paid By Tenant” option, your tenant will see the full withdrawal amount, and a separate expense transaction of $2.50 – $3.00 on their bank statement.
