If your tenant is vacating the suite and want to stop the recurring payments, please follow the steps below:
1. Terminate the lease and the system will automatically stop the recurring rental payment to you for transactions beyond the date of vacancy.
IF you plan on refunding the deposit or owe any money, you will need to keep the tenants information in PendoPay to do so otherwise if you do not plan on using PendoPay for this tenant, you can proceed with deleting their information from the PendoPay system.
- Visit the Payments | PendoPay page
- Locate the tenant
- Click the delete button
