PendoPay is currently only available for properties in Canada
1. Go to the Payments page and click PendoPay. Click’Set Up’ under ‘Account’ and “Set up payout account”
2. This will lead you to the PendoPay overview. Click “Connect Account” as noted below:
3. A pop up will appear asking you to input your Payout Account Details:
4. After agreeing to the Terms of Service and PendoPay FAQ, you will be directed to connect your bank account. You have two options on how to do this step, either Online or Manually.
If you select to connect Online, you will be asked to log into your bank account directly (below is an example if you selected BMO in the step before, but it will prompt you to log in based on what bank you selected on the previous page):
This will load and verify your account details. You will then be asked which specific account you want to link. Once you select it, you should be redirected to the Success confirmation:
If you opt to connect your account Manually, you will need to enter in your bank detail below:
Once completed, you should be redirected to the Success confirmation:
If you connected online, your PendoPay account will be ready to use in real-time. If you opted for a Manual connection, a micro-deposit will be made to your account and you will get an email asking you to verify the amount deposited to your account.
