Can I do an inspection without a tenant present?

Suppose a walk-through inspection cannot be rescheduled. In that case, Pendo allows Landlords and Property Management companies the ability to continue inspecting the rental property and indicating the tenant(s) was a no-show per the example below:

This allows the inspection to be documented with pictures, and a copy of the report can be sent to the tenant(s) and owner (if applicable) and saved into Pendo.
