How do I cancel a PendoPay transaction?

Once a payment is in processing, it cannot be stopped.  If the payment is still in Pending status, you can delete the payment up to twenty-four (24 ) hours day before it is to be processed.

To cancel a PendoPay transaction, locate the transaction:

If the delete button is visible, you can cancel the transaction:

If no delete option is visible, the transaction is in processing and cannot be cancelled.

Note: Tenants are sent three (3) upcoming payment email reminders prior to the withdrawal.
