How to view my financial Financial Statement

The Financial Statement is located under the Performance | Reports menu:

You can display a Financial Statement for all of your properties or use the Property filter to just show one.

Need a specific date range? Use the date filter on the right to change months or years.

You can export the report to a .CSV file and if you are on a Pro subscription plan, you can share this report or set up scheduled reports to email out automatically.
