How do I reconcile PendoPay payments?

Great news! By using the PendoPay rent collection service, the platform will automatically reconcile the payments for you.  No more manual work!

The system will wait until all the funds are verified available. In the event a payment goes NSF, the system will mark it as unpaid.  At that point, the payment can be processed again or collected via different means.
