Upon sending a PendoPay application to your tenant, a digital application will be sent to the tenants email within minutes. They click on the green button – Get Started:

Upon clicking “Get Started” they will be directed to complete and sign the below form:


Once the form is filled and signed, the tenant can then click “Next, Connect Bank Account” at the end of the form. The following pop up will appear:

If the tenant selects to connect Online, they will be asked to log into their bank account directly (below is an example if you selected BMO in the step before, but it will prompt you to log in based on what bank you selected on the previous page):

This will load and verify your account details. You will then be asked which specific account you want to link. Once selected, the tenant should be redirected to the Success confirmation:

If your tenant opts to connect their account Manually, they will need to enter in the bank details below:

Once completed, the tenant should be redirected to the Success confirmation:

If your tenant connected online, their PendoPay account will be ready to use in real-time. If they opted for a Manual connection, a micro-deposit will be made to their account and they will get an email asking them to verify the amount deposited to their account.
