What are the Key Statistics on Performance page?

The Key Performance Stats on your Performance page reflect different performance metrics (tenancy, cashflow, etc.) of your rental portfolio, and they are meant to give you an overview of how well your portfolio is doing over time.

• Under the Properties section, you can see how many of your rental properties are vacant vs. leased, and which ones are vacant; you can also view upcoming vacancies to prepare beforehand.
• Under the People section, you can see stats related to tenants and tenancy lengths.
• Under the Payments section, you can see Overdue Rent stats – who, which property, and how much.
