Paid vs. Unpaid Transactions
Paid and Unpaid Transactions are differentiated by whether or not you selected ‘Yes’ to ‘Mark This Transaction as Paid’ when adding a Transaction.
You can easily distinguish between the two by referring to the Paid column on Payments page:
Only Paid Transactions are reflected in your Financial Report, Overdue Rent Stats, and charts on your Performance page.
Recurring Transactions scheduled into the future are added as Unpaid Transactions by default.
To view all Unpaid Transactions, click the triangle button next to the ‘Paid’ column header to sort Transactions by Paid/Unpaid.
