Rent Roll Report

A rent roll report shows the rent for the investment property. It displays the gross rent collected, not the net rent after expenses, such as a monthly mortgage, insurance, taxes, or utilities.

To view this information for your properties, visit Payments | Dashboard.  Set your filters to Property, Income, Rent & Paid:

 

Click the Export button to download your report to Excel.
