Pendo does a lot of the dreaded admin tasks that a Landlord usually takes on. Our automated email system sends out the following communications to your tenants:

Invitations

• Application, lease or pet agreement
• Issue Tracker to submit an issue
• Sign up for PendoPay
• To purchase tenant insurance
• Authorization to run a Credit report (in the absence of a digital Pendo application)

Reminders

• Rent is due

Notifications

• Application, lease or pet agreement is signed (with link to executed document)
• PendoPay set up
• Applicant – tenancy rejection
• Rent increase
• Failed PendoPay transaction
• Tenant Notices (BC Only)

Receipts
