Vacant unit Report

There are a fe ways to view vacancies depending on your preferences.

1. The Vacancy List is located under the Performance | Dashboard menu:

The vacant units are displayed on the Properties card.

The number of vacant units is shown and displayed in red.  You can click on the corresponding # to view the report:

2) To view and download the Vacancy Summary, go to the Properties | Dashboard menu:

3) Click on the filter:

and select Vacant.

You can then view the information two ways:

Grid or click on the  icon to switch to a list views

Then click the Export button to download a copy of the summary in .CSV format.
