How do I activate the Issue Tracker feature?
By default the Issue Tracker is turned off for each of your properties. If you would like to allow tenants to submit maintenance requests, please click on the Edit link on the Tracker card:
Upon clicking Save, the Pendo system will automatically send an email invitation to your tenants to submit maintenance requests.
The Tenant will receive an email with their unique Tenant ID and the Pendo website they will visit to submit requests.
