Once a tenant has successfully completed PendoPay setup, their PendoPay card will change from a pending status to a completed status. This means the tenant has finished the required setup steps and you can now begin creating payments for them.


You can now proceed with setting up payments for your tenant. There are two transaction types:
- Monthly (recurring)
- One-time
Click Add Payment to set up a one-time payment.

To set up a monthly / recurring payment, click the dropdown under Payment Type and select Recurring.
Scheduled rent payments cannot be created more than 60 days in advance.
If your company handled Expenses to be Deducted on behalf of an owner and needs to be reimbursed, select Yes under Repairs/Maintenance.
