If your tenant is moving out and you want to stop future recurring PendoPay rent payments, follow the steps below.
- Terminate the lease. Once the lease is terminated in Pendo, the system will automatically stop any recurring rental payments scheduled after the tenant’s move-out / termination date.
If you still need to refund a deposit or send any other money back to the tenant through PendoPay, keep the tenant’s PendoPay information active until that has been completed. If you do not plan to use PendoPay again for that tenant, you can then remove their PendoPay information.
- Visit Payments > PendoPay
- Locate the tenant
- Click the Delete button
